Spoonful Delicacy ("we") is the data controller for the personal information you give us. This notice explains what we collect and why, under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Details of your event: date, venue, guest numbers, menu choices, and any dietary needs or allergies you tell us about.
• Invoices and payment records.
• Messages you send us.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, quote for and deliver your catering (contract), keep our accounts (legal obligation), and keep your guests safe by handling allergy information carefully.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this website and send our emails, and our accountant. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
